Lirael - The Nine Day Watch Pavilion

The purpose of this huge hall is to contain the charter stone monument, the charter stone is a huge crystal stone that contains charter magic. The stone can project stories and events of the old kingdom, basically, this monument is a huge projector that shows past events, and sometimes the projections bear warning of future events coming from the dead. The stone is connected to linotype machines that can collect and translate the magical data into text and visual information that comes from it.
